Founded in 1962, DuBois & King (D&K) is a multidisciplinary, professional consulting firm that provides planning, engineering, and construction phase services to federal, state, municipal, institutional, and private sector clients. With multiple office locations, D&K provides professional services in civil engineering, site development, water resources, survey, water/wastewater engineering, environmental documentation, and mechanical and electrical engineering. The firm employs engineers, planners, designers, surveyors, technicians, environmental and permitting specialists, wetland scientists, and support personnel.

Since 1919 the Playhouse, has been a landmark in downtown Randolph. They are the oldest purpose built movie theatre in Vermont and one of the oldest in the nation. It is now a community owned movie theater that shows first run features and classics using state of the art 7.1 DOBY surround sound as well as 3-D technology.

Gifford Medical Center in Randolph, Vermont, is a community medical center with family health centers in Bethel, Chelsea, Rochester and Sharon and specialty clinics throughout the area. Gifford is a full-service hospital with a 24-hour emergency department and an inpatient unit, Howell Pavilion. Gifford has a 30-bed nursing home, the Menig Extended Care Facility, which opened in 1998 on the main campus. The Birthing Center, established in 1977, was the first in Vermont to offer an alternative to the traditional hospital-based deliveries and continues to be a leader in low-intervention midwifery and family-centered care today.

The Greater Randolph Senior Center is located at 6 Hale Street in Randolph.  Our service area is Braintree, Brookfield and greater Randolph area. We deliver Meals on Wheels 4 days a week, and can include frozen meals for the weekend.  We serve lunch Monday - Thursday at 11:45 am and offer Grab & Go meals (please call ahead to order--802-728-9324).  We offer activities,  such as cribbage and majhongg 10-11:45 am, and Lift for Life exercise classes 8:30 am.   

If you are looking for somewhere to volunteer, we have many positions.  Volunteer Drivers deliver meals once a week, as a Server to help set up the midday meal, and a Greeter to sign people in, or volunteer for a special Board project committee or join our Board of Directors.  During the year we have several fundraising projects -- Giant Yard Sale in Sept; March for Meals campaign promotion in May; the 20/20 Club in January.  And if you are busy doing other things, we can always use your donation to help fund our services and programs.
